the late check-in process was seamless, with Giuli ensuring a warm welcome despite our late arrival. the air conditioning was a blessing during the warm nights, and the soundproofed rooms allowed for peaceful rest. the terrace, overlooking the charming streets of Otranto, was the perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset, truly embodying Italian charm. the provision of free toiletries and a washing machine added a touch of luxury and convenience to our stay. the attention to detail in providing modern amenities while preserving the historic essence of the property was truly remarkable; I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for an unforgettable Italian retreat.
